ACE Africa strives to make a sustainable, realistic and effective difference in the lives of Africans by providing education, literacy skills and training to African children and youths. It was established in collaboration with the Government of Kenya in 2003 by the three founders – Joanna Waddington, Augustine Wasonga and Anthony Okoti to address the lack of community infrastructure and skills to support the increasing number of orphans and vulnerable children in highly HIV affected and resource poor communities in Western Kenya.
