David Keogh currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at the Center for Infectious Disease Research. With experience working in Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Ghana, Cameroon, Senegal, Malawi, India, Indonesia, Bangladesh and Mexico and with domain experience including Global Health and International Development; Financial Inclusion; Agriculture; Health; Land Rights; Renewable Energy; and Information and Communications Technology (ICT4D).
David has served as Director at Global Good, a collaborative effort between Bill Gates and Intellectual Ventures addressing global health and global development challenges through scientific and technical applications. At the Grameen Technology Center, a global nonprofit bringing innovative and sustainable solutions to the fight against hunger and poverty, Keogh worked with local partners to equip families, small farmers and women with resources and services to enhance health and improve livelihoods. A proven executive leader, Keogh also has built strategic partnerships with Governments, Corporations, and International NGOs. He holds an MBA and IBA from Nova SouthEastern University, and an Bachelors of Engineering from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.
