Founder of 30/30 Project
Julie believes in the power of educating, encouraging action, volunteerism and compassion to further the quality of life and health options for all individuals. With this passion and dedication, she joined CfC in 2011. As Co-Director of Global Partnership Development, a volunteer position, she coordinates the application process and recommends partnering organizations to the construction operations team. Julie is the founder of the 30/30 Project, a CfC initiative dedicated to providing opportunity to HIV+ women and their families. A former Science teacher, Julie has over 15 years of experience in the public service sector, working with the Spokane Regional Health District and the Spokane AIDS Network. She has a B.A. in Biology Education and Earth Sciences from the University of Washington and conducted her graduate coursework at Western Washington University.
