Volunteering with Construction for Change is a life-changing experience that allows you to use your construction expertise to improve people’s lives.
We are seeking experienced individuals with backgrounds in project management, construction trades, construction management, architecture, civil, structural and MEP engineering. Qualified candidates will have the opportunity to conduct construction supervision, project management and design supporting construction of facilities promoting health care, education, economic opportunity and social justice.
Selected candidates can expect to be in country approximately 3 months to 2 years depending on individual project needs and the candidate’s availability. All positions are volunteer with living and travel expenses covered. Candidates must be able to travel and live in conditions commonly experienced in low-income and under resourced nations.

Construction for Change Project Managers are hired to be the onsite eyes and ears for the Construction for Change home office in Seattle, WA. We require that a CfC PM is represented onsite to the extent that our construction projects are efficiently and effectively managed in varying foreign environments. CfC PMs ensure that quality control & safety measures are up to par with internationally recognized standards.
