Scott, a longtime CfC supporter, joined the Board of Directors in 2014. Scott has a distinguished career in the nonprofit and international development sectors, currently serving as Executive Vice President / Chief Operations Officer for Leadership Foundations. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Development Officer for Landesa, as Executive VP/COO for International Justice Mission, as a senior executive with Partners International, and as the Young Life Senior Campaign Director, where he oversaw a $14.3 million capital campaign for Malibu, a Young Life camp in British Columbia.
Scott has also served on the Board of Directors for the YMCA and as a member of Rotary Club International. He and his wife, Julie, have been deeply involved in HIV support networks and organizations over the past few decades. Scott received a B.S. in Education from Western Washington University and has taken post-graduate coursework through Fuller Theological Seminary and the Center on Philanthropy at Indiana University.
