Scott Lewis: Interim Executive Director

Scott has served as Executive Vice President and COO/CDO for three multi-million dollar, global non-profit organizations. Scott’s background in global development provides breadth and depth in strategy, operations, finance, and impact consulting driving the fulfillment of their impact as a Public Benefit Corporation.

In addition to serving on the CfC Board of Directors for a decade, and most recently as Board Chair, Scott has led collaborative initiatives between those in the faith, public, private, and non-profit sectors around the world. His leadership in business operations, communications, marketing, and fund development has led to significant growth and impact for each organization. He has done this in a way that aligns efforts across several disciplines resulting in greater impact.

Anthony Muchiri: Regional Director (Africa & Asia)

Anthony is  the Regional Director of Africa and Asia. He was born and raised in Nairobi, Kenya. Before CfC, Anthony worked as a Contracts Officer at the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS). He was tasked with ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of infrastructure and procurement projects in Kenya, Seychelles, Mauritius, Tanzania, and Somalia.

Anthony is a project manager and quantity surveyor with 10+ years of experience in infrastructure and international development. He is also skilled in contract management, and monitoring and implementation of projects.

Anthony holds a Building Economics degree from the University of Nairobi and is currently pursuing a Master of Science Development Finance degree from Strathmore University. He is a registered Quantity Surveyor and the deputy editor of the Institute of Quantity Surveyors of Kenya (IQSK) magazine.

 

 
 

Ayawavi Attisso
Project Manager

Ayawavi Attisso is a civil engineer with expertise in designing, building, surveying, supervising, and enforcing standards of public health facilities.
She raises awareness of and advocates for accessibility for people with disabilities.

Ayawavi holds a master’s degree in civil engineering and infrastructure. She is a Fulbright recipient, Humphrey Fellow from MIT, and alumnae of MIT’s SPURS (Special Program for Urban and Regional Studies). She is a newly hired PM for CfC in Kara, Togo.

Judy Musisia
Project Manager

Judy Musisia is a construction project manager from Nairobi with a degree in construction management and over six years of experience in the industry.

As part of the CfC team, Judy handles site and field-based management. She is fervent about giving back to the community and creating a positive impact. In the construction industry, she has been able to do so by building structures for the indigent, creating job opportunities for the locals, and training them in on-site work.

Lillian Namugaya
Project Manager

Lillian is a licensed architect and project management professional from Kampala with ten years of experience in the construction industry. As Project Manager for CfC, her goal is to deliver value to CfC clients and end users whose lives are tremendously changed by construction projects.

Her passion for architecture stems from a childhood lived in a house under construction, a tenacious appetite for solving a challenge, and an imagination fuelled by books.

Edith Nyambura
Pre-Construction Manager

Edith is a Pre-construction Manager at CfC, and she is based in the CfC East Africa office in Nairobi. Edith joined CfC in 2019 on the Kibera Girls Soccer Academy project as a Volunteer Project Manager. She manages pre-construction phases in the Africa Region and provides support to other CfC regions as needed. 

Edith holds a bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying from the Technical University of Kenya where she graduated with honors.

Solveig EFOU
Project Manager

With a degree in Civil Engineering, Solveig previously worked as a Site Manager on residential housing projects. In search of a bigger and more fulfilling challenge, Solveig came to Construction for Change and was offered a permanent position as a Project Manager, after only three months of volunteering.

Solving is proud to work on projects that help her community, and enjoys being a role model for young women in Africa who would like a career in engineering.
