Mike co-founded Construction for Change in 2007 after graduating from the University of Washington with a degree in Construction Management. Throughout CfC’s history, he has played many different roles as the organization has evolved from being volunteer-led for the first five years to the place it is today. 

Mike has a passion for developing and empowering others and has always desired to be on the front lines of positive social change. Energized by the values that CfC currently holds, he believes there is a solid foundation and model for positive global impact.

Mike also finds passion in building a better world through the joy of his marriage to his wife, Rachel, and their four wonderful daughters — Mira, Kyrie, Jojo, and Charlie.

Anthony Muchiri

Regional Director, Africa & Asia

Before joining CfC, Anthony served as a Contracts Officer at the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS), where he was responsible for ensuring the timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of infrastructure and procurement projects in Kenya, Seychelles, Mauritius, Tanzania, and Somalia.

Anthony is a project manager and quantity surveyor with 19+ years of experience in infrastructure and international development. He is also skilled in contract management, monitoring, and implementation of projects.

Anthony holds a Building Economics degree from the University of Nairobi and a Master of Science, Development Finance degree from Strathmore University.

Anjuli Johnson

Kelsey Parker

Director of Philanthropy

Kelsey Parker brings extensive experience in nonprofit development, strategic planning, and donor engagement. She served as Director of Development for the largest private foster care and adoption agency in Washington State, and most recently, worked for a national youth education organization as the SVP of Development.

She has raised several million dollars through major gifts, grants, and events, and is skilled in executive coaching, public speaking, and long-term strategy. Kelsey holds a degree in Global Development from Seattle Pacific University and brings a global, people-focused perspective to her work.

Judy Musisia

Project Manager, East Africa

Judy is a construction project manager from Nairobi with a degree in construction management. As part of the CfC team, Judy handles site and field-based management.

She is fervent about giving back to the community and creating a positive impact. In the construction industry, she has been able to do so by building structures for the indigent, creating job opportunities for the locals, and training them in on-site work.

Eric Selom

Sr. Project Manager, West Africa

View Bio

Selom is a Civil Engineer with 10+ years of experience in construction, and an active member of the National Order of Engineers of Togo. Since graduating with a Professional Master’s degree in Civil Engineering in 2015, he has worked on several complex construction projects with various companies and construction firms covering the health, education, environment, and road sectors. 

Selom joined CfC in 2023 and has since been responsible for overseeing projects in the West African region. 

Edith Nyambura

Project Manager, East Africa

Edith is a Pre-construction Manager at CfC, and she is based in the CfC East Africa office in Nairobi. Edith joined CfC in 2019 on the Kibera Girls Soccer Academy project as a Volunteer Project Manager. She has since managed multiple construction projects with CfC in the Africa Region and also provides support to other CfC regions as needed.

Edith holds a bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying from the Technical University of Kenya, where she graduated with honors.

Lillian Namugaya

Project Manager, East Africa

Lillian is a licensed architect and project management professional from Kampala with 10+ years of experience in the construction industry. As Project Manager for CfC, her goal is to deliver value to CfC clients and end users whose lives are tremendously changed by construction projects.

Her passion for architecture stems from a childhood lived in a house under construction, a tenacious appetite for solving a challenge, and an imagination fuelled by books.

Eunice Musenyia

Operations Technology Associate

Eunice joined CfC in 2024 as an Operations Technology Associate.

With a background in education and software development, she has a deep commitment to design processes and building systems that enable long-term impact and a sustainable future where everyone can thrive.

Eunice supports Construction for Change in strengthening operational systems and ensuring effective project delivery.

Franklin Beebe

Project Manager, North America

Franklin graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2021 with a degree in studio art and a deep passion for building and creativity. For the past two years, he has run a residential remodeling company, gaining hands-on experience in construction while building lasting relationships with clients.

Franklin brings to CfC his creativity, care for people, and dedication to building spaces that make an impact in the world.

Daisy Njoroge

Accounting Manager

Daisy Njoki Njoroge is an award-winning Certified Public Accountant (Kenya) with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Banking from Moi University. 

Daisy has extensive experience in financial management, auditing and donor-funded projects, supporting nonprofit organizations in enhancing transparency, strengthening internal controls and ensuring compliance with international reporting standards. Passionate about integrity and impact-driven finance, Daisy brings a keen eye for detail and a commitment to supporting Construction for Change’s mission through sound financial stewardship.

Susan Ndambuki

Asst. Project Manager, East Africa

Susan is a graduate Civil Engineer who combines engineering expertise with structured planning and analytical thinking to support efficient project delivery, quality control, and sustainable construction practices.

She is passionate about contributing to impactful infrastructure projects that strengthen communities and create lasting change.
